Research
Bypass runs on Agile and under the leadership of Carl Sieber (Senior Product Designer) I was introduced into a new world of design practices. Discover, plan, build, and review. Every project was approached with research, drafts, feedback, and revisions. I learned the importance of grids, hierarchy, and file maintenance. I also received hands on experience with user persona’s, stakeholder interviews, card sorting exercises, and affinity mapping.
Marketing Analysis Pitch
Marketing analysis pitch made to the Vice President at the end of my internship, addressing current pain points in our brand presence and continuity throughout digital platforms.

Working for a start-up you learn the importance of prioritization, team work, and flexibility. It was challenging at times to work in a fast pace environment and manage multiple schedules, but in the end a valuable learning experience.
